气泡对壁挂炉系统的危害

随着我国经济发展,百姓生活水平的提高,壁挂炉及家庭独立采暖系统已被广大民众所接受,正逐步走进千家万户。由于目前行业服务人员水平参差不齐,很多厂家服务人员上门也未能解决用户的困惑,形成恶性循环,导致对壁挂炉分户采暖系统的性能产生质疑,这些问题是因为采暖系统中存在气泡而导致的。气泡主要产生在初次补水过程中没有排尽系统中残留的空气,及原溶入水中的氧气随着系统水温的升高逐渐析出形成微泡聚集在一起,最后形成较大气泡。
     
1、气泡易造成系统热媒水的“气堵”,会使系统热媒水循环不畅,导致局部采暖区域不热,影响采暖实际效果,因气泡在系统中未排除干净,气泡有时会和系统水一起循环流动,在管道中产生噪音,尤其在明管散热片系统中更加突出,夜深人静的时候会严重影响用户的睡眠休息,使业主十分烦恼。
